Bryan Kaminskas
National Housing Director

Bryan Kaminskas embodies the very mission of Hope House Structured Living. His journey began as a resident, where he embraced the structure, accountability, and support that would become the foundation for his lasting recovery. From there, Bryan rose to become a house manager, and today serves as the National Director of Housing—a role he fulfills with both passion and purpose.

Bryan’s lived experience and daily application of the tools he once received are a testament to the effectiveness of the Hope House model. His leadership is grounded in humility, service, and a deep understanding of what it takes to rebuild a life from the ground up. His story isn’t just inspiring—it’s proof that with the right structure and support, lasting change is possible.

In addition to his leadership at Hope House, Bryan serves on several community boards and committees, advocating for recovery, housing, and second chances. He leads with compassion and integrity, always driven by a simple but powerful motivation: to protect and serve others the way he was once protected and served.

Bryan Kaminskas is more than a director—he is living proof of the transformative power of structured living, and a leader committed to giving others the same opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive.
